Rental Policy: Deposit Information To ensure the availability and safe return of our party rental items, we require a $100 deposit on all rental items. This deposit will be collected at the time of booking, and it serves as a guarantee for the reservation. Key Details: Deposit Amount: $100 per item When is the deposit due? The deposit is due at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Refund Policy: Your deposit will be fully refunded once the rented items are returned in the same condition they were received. If items are damaged or missing, the deposit will be partially or fully retained, depending on the extent of the damage. Payment Methods Accepted: We accept [list of payment methods] for deposits. We want to make sure you have an amazing experience with our rental items, and this deposit helps us maintain the quality of our inventory for all customers. Equipment must be protected and sheltered from the elements. Responsibility for rentals remains with you while items are in your possession.
